Arriving in São Paulo by plane, at the International Airport of Guarulhos (that stay 32km of the downtown of São Paulo), the best of to be done is to catch a bus of the Airport Bus Service, that cost R$24,00, you should catch the line that goes for Praça da República in the downtown, very near to the local of the meeting.
Arriving there, you can catch a taxi up to General Jardim street, 660 (Vila Buarque) -local of the meeting, that should leave about R$7,00, or if you prefer to walk, you should follow contouring the Praça da República and enter on the Araujo street, go ahead and turns to the first right in the General Jardim street, now you just have to walk to the number 660.
